CHARLES NEAL, PRESIDENT

Charles Neal is a leader within Genpact's Media, Telecom and Publishing organization focused on enabling new technology implementation. He is a strategist and collaborator with a background in management, program management, and wireless design within the communications industry. Charles brings a creative perspective to solving project-based problems from both a business and technical perspective.

Charles is an alumnus of Morgan State University where he obtained a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. He is a devoted husband and father and enjoys spending his free time with his family, reading, playing chess, martial arts, and watching sports.

DIANDRA HINES, VICE PRESIDENT

Diandra Hines is true Renaissance woman. As an Entrepreneur and Media Sales & Marketing Executive she has managed Fortune 500 brands with over 75 million dollars a year in her portfolio. Over the last 10+ years being a philanthropist and advocate has been a passion project for her. She’s worked with organizations like Viacom and BET Networks to help execute events like the annual AIDS Walk. Leading fundraising efforts that fight the stigma of people living with AIDS and provide research for necessary treatments.

In 2015 she served as a Policy Council Member with the Partnership For Community Action. Together they developed and implemented policies and events that would bring awareness and provide solutions for Georgia residents lacking proper health care, funding for schools, and increasing parent involvement. She’s partnered with charities, churches, government and social agencies to enhance the quality of life for many low income and immigrant families.

Diandra Hines has remained dedicated to serving. In addition to being the newly elected Board VP of NAMIC Atlanta she is also running for State Representative of GA House District 90 in a Special Election on February 9, 2021.

 

TERANCE CLEMENT, SECRETARY

Manager, Sales Enablement | Xchange Incentives & Engagement, Comcast

Terance G. Clement a native of Charleston, SC is the current ERG Lead for the Black Employee Network (BEN) and serves on the Board of Directors for NAMIC-Atlanta. Terance was selected as a mentee for Headquarters 2022-2023 XGIE DE&I Mentorship Program. Terance was nominated for The WICT Network 2022 Inspire Award: “Be Fearless Award for Allyship” (formally known as Red Letters Award). Terance is a multi-time recipient of the Ralph J. Roberts "Bow Tie Award" and a Graduate from Comcast's inaugural Linked To Leadership (L2L) Program. Terance holds Certificates from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Duke University and currently pursing a Bachelor's Degree in Business from DeVry University.

Terance has over 13+ years of Leadership experience with a demonstrated history of people first senior leader with a solid history of successfully delivering for company's business objectives and bottom line growth. Top performer who thrives in high-expectation environments. Solid decision-making strengths. Innovative creator of profit-enhancing cost controls and efficiency measures to improve business driven results. History of achieving efficiency and minimizing costs through strong leadership, training and technological innovation.

Terance currently leads the Headquarters (XGIE) CXSO development, execution, implementation strategies and tactics in existing customer channels to optimize customer experience, maximize lifetime value, reduce customer and product churn, and drive incremental revenue from the base. Terance's responsibilities include helping to define and implement customer loyalty and base management programs and initiatives that build profitable, long-term customer relationships. Also, mentoring leaders and frontline employees that drive an inclusive and innovative culture.

 

TIFFANY WADE, TREASURER

Associate Director of Planning, EssenceMediacom

Hailing from Canton, OH, Tiffany started her media journey over 7 years ago as an Account Coordinator with Spectrum Reach. Exceling within the AC role, she was promoted to Account Planner within a year, while simultaneously receiving her Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership. Using her years of media planning knowledge, she transitioned to a National Sales Planner role with Comcast and became known for her innovative and strategic planning along with a can-do attitude.

Tiffany embarked on her leadership journey when she accepted a role as Regional Media Planning Supervisor and in her most recent role as Associate Director of Integrated Planning with EssenceMediacom. In her spare time, Tiffany is passionate about uplifting others and serving her community and is currently serves as an Executive Board Member on BLEND, the EssenceMediacom ERG catering toward Black and LatinX talent, a SE Committee Co-chair, and Mentor in She Runs It, serving on the Board of Directors on the NAMIC Atlanta Chapter, and a Girl Scout Troop Leader/Treasurer.

LYNNETTE SMITH

The Weather Channel

Lynnette Smith has been a part of The Weather Channel for over 20 years and is the Manager of Advertising Operations. She oversees all the cable Ad Products (such as billboard and weather triggered adaptors) execution on the network.

She has worked on the NAMIC Atlanta board since 2004. Under Lynnette’s presidential leadership the Atlanta Chapter won back to back “Chapter of the Year” awards in 2009 and 2010, 2012 & 2013 along with other chapter awards. In 2014, she was the recipient of the Mae Douglas Leadership Award in recognition as a leader who stands out as a result of their commitment and the integrity of their character to achieve excellence and success.

Lynnette is a graduate of Southern University in Baton Rouge, LA, with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. She is also a graduate of the Management Continuing Education Program (Rice University- Houston), Atlanta Broadcasting School and the NAMIC Leadership Seminar program. Most recently she received a Diversity and Inclusion certificate from Cornell University.

Currently she serves on the NAMIC Atlanta board (Immediate Past President and Chapter mentor), Southern University Alumni Federation- Atlanta Chapter (Board Advisor), ON BOARD organization (Advocate) and is a general member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. She resides in Atlanta, GA with her husband Thomas.
